Dr. D. Sangeeta has over 25 years of experience as a C-suite leader, having held prominent positions at GE, Nielsen, and Amazon. Six years ago, she decided to leverage her extensive background to establish “Gotara,” an operator-led consulting and execution firm focused on helping small- and mid-market companies achieve profitable growth. Gotara specializes in M&A integration and transformation, delivering high ROI while simultaneously scaling leaders for larger roles.

Drawing on her experience from Amazon, Nielsen, and GE, Sangeeta has successfully integrated acquisitions in half the time and transformed underperforming organizations by leveraging innovation, process improvements, and talent development. Her diverse work experience spans several industries, including Technology, Retail, Market Research, Aviation, Energy, and Manufacturing. She has excelled in Data Science, Marketing, Diversity, Engineering, Research & Development, Operations, Risk Management, and Quality, demonstrating adaptability across diverse business environments.

Throughout her career, Sangeeta has held several key roles, including Vice President of Connections at Amazon, Chief Business Process Improvement Officer, Global Data Science Officer, Chief Diversity Officer, and Global Operations Officer at Nielsen. Her journey began as a Senior Research Scientist at GE Corporate R&D, where she worked on Jet Engine Technology, later transitioning to roles in risk management and M&A integration, ultimately leaving GE as a General Manager of Quality.
