EMPLOYEE RETENTION STAR PROGRAMS ON OUR LEARNING PLATFORM
Gotara dreamed up a new way to get advice that we call “nano-learning.” It’s “just-in-time” timely nuggets of career advice our members receive from STEM+ leaders who understand our members’ worlds. But sometimes, our members require a little more 1:1 guidance, which is why we launched our STAR Programs. These are curated, personalized courses employers can offer their STEM talent that focuses on the key skills the members and their managers want them to develop. You can sponsor one or more teams to participate in any one of our programs.
Here’s how our 8-week program on the learning platform will help your STEM talent reach their goals.
- Participants select up to three critical skills to focus on for either their current role or one they would like in the future.
- Gotara STEM+advisors recommend tasks for participants to complete.
- Each woman can easily plan and track her progress.
- If the participants have questions, they have access to our STEM+ advisors plus 3, 1:1 sessions with a coach.
