Natalie Steck was born and raised in Australia and, early in her career, found her passion for technical sales and problem-solving. She courageously continued to take on different roles, including the head of sales and marketing in tech companies, CEO of two startups, and now the Director of Silicon Valley Bank. Throughout her career, Natalie credits mentors with helping her realize who she really is and what she is good at. Natalie has found that an outside viewpoint has been vital to her success.

Natalie has a bachelor’s degree in Business and is currently obtaining her MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
