Marie Lalleman wanted an international career since she started working in her family’s restaurant at age nine. So she studied business and international management and began to pursue her dream career. She landed dream jobs and traveled the world working for various organizations, including Nielsen Market Research. During her career, when Marie became a mother, she found herself thinking her life was binary; she was an international career woman and a mother and experienced the mom guilt that came with it. How could these two worlds co-exist with less guilt? Not until she started to see her two passions as complimentary did she work her way out of the guilt trap.
